For Dynamics 365 Connector, I understand from the documentation it supports only Account management and account group management. Can we create provision request for this connector type ?

If you mean account creation?
Account creation (provisioning) is not listed as a supported feature.
The connector focuses primarily on aggregating account and group data from Dynamics 365 CRM into IdentityNow for the purposes of access review, certification.
However, it does not explicitly list account creation or provisioning as a capability. The provisioning features appear to be limited to attribute updates, add/remove entitlements and account state changes (disable/enable) for existing Dynamics 365 CRM user accounts.

Hi Hemalatha - Dynamics 365 uses Azure/Entra accounts. ie D365 is an Application with uses the Entra Target System. So provisioning is handled by your Azure (or on-prem AD with AADC) connector.
