Duplicate Google Workspace accounts

Hello everyone!

I hope you can help us.
We have IdentityNow implemented, recently in two identities a google workspace account has been duplicated (and even triplicated). This does not happen with all identities (+500) but has only happened with 3 (so far).
Reviewing the identity events, we don’t see something that tells us why another account is created. Has anyone experienced something similar with this connector?

This account is given through a base role that applies to the entire organization.

Is there any alias configuration you have done? Also, can you check if there are other sources in your configuration which is creation account life Lifecycle state configuration or any workflow?
