Duplicate Email sent during Identity Refresh task failure

We’ve had this issue since 8.2 and now are on 8.4. I imagine it’s something simple but when our Identity refresh task fails, it spams us with 30 emails that it failed. See below. Any ideas on how to have it only send 1?

@thasheider1 try with option selection, Global Settings → Identity IQ Configuration → In email Setting you will see “Suppress Duplicate Emails”.

Suppress Duplicate Emails → checked.

Let me know if that works else we need to fix in identity refresh.

We already have this checked. You can even see its sending multiple over the span of a few minutes not in one go.

It did not, i’ll try this.

I’ll try this solution and see if it fixes it. It doesn’t happen every time but when it does its 10+ emails.

It did not, still got 15+ emails after the failure

Seems to be consistent with it being part of a sequential task with our HR system then a refresh task.
