Hmm that is strange… A co-worker has also tried from a different location, network and browser and is having the same issue unfortunately.
Try giving it a day–I also had my wife load from her phone on cellular and it was able to play well.
We might be in different dimensions in a multiverse somewhere, though! 
If it doesn’t work after a day or so, I’ll work on downloading the recording and send you a copy directly!
