Delinea Secret Server (Cloud) Config Issue

Followed this documentation to use Delinea as a Credential Provider, but I’m getting an error. It says that no Credential Provider exists with the given name. The name I’ve given the Credential Provider is DelineaVault.

My Secret Path Expression was secrets://DelineaVault/{{Folder Path}}/{{SecretName}}

I used the URL encoder website to encode the expression. I also checked that the path name matched the Case since the documentation mentions that it’s case specific

I read this Topic:

The OP mentions that this Credential Provider is using the v2/secrets endpoint. Using the Service Account that I set up, I can call this endpoint and get the secret I’m looking for using the secretpath filter. So, the access for the account and the path is correct.

The OP also mentions that he noticed a bug where folders with spaces within the folder name do not work. Unfortunately, every folder in our Delinea tenant includes a space somewhere in the path or secret name.

This documentation is a bit confusing where it mentions expressions for both username and password. Does it know to use the password of a secret because the source field that we are entering the expression in is a password field? If not, how do we express to use a certain field of the secret?

Hi Ryan! Thank you for your input. This appears to be related to using the product features. I’ve moved your comment to our ISC Discussions and Questions category for greater help from the community.
