Delete profile associated with an IT role when the deleting role

Hi,
I recently posted the same question to the community and have been told that the behavior I’m looking for is OOTB. I paste the link of the post below:

Here is a summary of our use case:
A business role is given to an identity and that role has an IT role required. This IT role creates a profile for the identity in the Advanced View (Create → New Profile and enter the application name without any other configuration).
Now, when the business role is removed, the IT role and the AD account still keep in the identity.

I would like to remove the IT role and account.

Is there any way to get this behaviour?
