Hello everyone,
we need to delete the identities of users who have left. Within the SAP SuccessFactors source, I think the best way to do this is to go through the “Aggregate Inactive Employees” option with an offset of 30 days for example.
The problem is that all our identities from SAP have an “Enabled” status.
I think this status needs to be “disabled” for identities to be inactive and not aggregated after 30 days. If they were not aggregated, we could delete them with “enable account deletion”.
I do have test data with the emplStatus : T for Terminated and my picklist mapping (EmplStatus-InActiveOptionIds) which is supposed to be correct. (if I understand this doc correctly Picklist Configuration)
Am I using the wrong settings, or can you think of another way of solving my issue ?
