Delay in Sending User Invitation in SailPoint IDN after Account Provisioning

Hi Guys,

Has anyone experienced a delay in sending user invitations after an account has been successfully provisioned?
Currently, we are experiencing delays of 10 to 30 minutes, or sometimes even longer. Does anyone know the reason for this delay?

Hi @jinmartin,

Can you check load of your system?
As we experienced this in our lower environment when there were too many aggregations scheduled in the system.

@jinmartin Usually it should send the email within a minute or so. Please check your dashboard if there is some task going on while you provision the account.

In the email settings could you check if the mail is directed to intended recipients or a test address

You may using [email protected] email address in the From address so your customer domain taking time to get unknown domain mails. So you can try by using your customer email as from address and check.
