Any idea that how much time will take to create user in sailpoint and AD.
And termination and rehire Average time?
Do you mean as far as SailPoint seeing the need to create a user and total time for those actions?
In our experience, I would say a lifecycle change is pretty near instant, within a minute.
So, if you ingest an HR data file or source and a new user is there and you have provisioning rules to give them an AD account, you should see it within a minute I would say.
Terminations would follow the same logic as well.

SailPoint typically creates identities as soon as accounts get aggregated from Authoritative source. Additionally, AD account creation is nearly immediate once the identity is established in SailPoint.
The termination and rehire processes are closely tied to the updates in the authoritative source. As soon as the relevant details are modified in the authoritative source and aggregated, SailPoint initiates the corresponding actions.
