Default quicklink on available on homepage in identityiq

I have added a quicklink under “defaultQuickLinkCards” key in SystemConfiguration in IdentityIQ version 8.4 p1

A few people are able to see it on their homepage but few people are not able to see that quicklink on homepage even after server restart.

Please help me if I am missing something here.

Welcome to SailPoint Developer community.

Check if your Quicklink enabled under Global Settings → Quicklink Populations → Everyone → Quicklinks

QuickLinks must be both present in SystemConfiguration and enabled for the user’s QuickLink Population to appear. You can follow the above path given by Krishna, and please ensure it is assigned and visible to right population.
