We’ve a use case perhaps a feature enhancement request to retry provisioning failures. Blame it on API rate limits but several of our integrations like AzureAD, SAP etc have rate limits that will fail de-provisioning accounts post certification sign off.
Currently there’s no option to configure failure retries neither an workflow trigger that support failure notification
Hi @milanshukla IDN has a built-in immediate retry x3 in the face of provisioning errors. The retries are immediately after each other and not configurable so these retries settings are not exposed in source configuration.
