Hey team, finally got another ISC client, question: they bought the silver suite for CSM:
-It says 40 sessions included: how long is a session?
-Do these sessions include technical implementations as well as guidance for setting up the instances and initial connectivity (HR/AD)?

You should have faster response to this from support@sailpoint.com, who might have the latest info on this in case one of us here has outdated info.
Hi Sebastian, nice to see you back in ISC 
1 session is 1 hour long.
These sessions does not include any hands on work by the architect asssigned (i guess you are refering to the AAA sessions) but guidance, best practice and advice from the architect for a given topic.
