Developing a plugin appears to be a fitting solution for addressing this scenario.

Thanks, I was able to download this plugin into our environment, but it is not displaying an announcement. Any ideas? I imported the Zip file and configured it, following the instructions, but cannot get it to appear on the home page.

It works fine for me. Announcements are getting scrolled on the homepage. Are you satisfying the below requirements? Server - Identity IQ 8.0 or above. Browser - Any Chromium or Firefox browser (Internet Explorer not supported).
