I am looking for the correct page to modify where I can add a message at the top of my SailPoint application. This would be for announcements for upcoming changes/ downtime for the application. Has someone done this and can point me in the right direction?

Thanks, I was able to download this plugin into our environment, but it is not displaying an announcement. Any ideas? I imported the Zip file and configured it, following the instructions, but cannot get it to appear on the home page.

It works fine for me. Announcements are getting scrolled on the homepage.
Are you satisfying the below requirements?

Server - Identity IQ 8.0 or above.
Browser - Any Chromium or Firefox browser (Internet Explorer not supported).
