CSV entitlement upload for a Webservice Connector

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to upload entitlements to a webservice connector using a csv file ? We have multiple entitlement types for this application. We have the APIs available for all but for one application doesn’t provide any API. For this can we use the CSV upload ?

If not, what options do I have to create this entitlement in SailPoint. Application team has shared the list of values.

How to create entitlement manually in webservice connector?

Hi, I have onboarded the webservice connector into sailpoint and successful test connection. I want to do the provision the account but don’t have any entitlements in the connector. Created the entitlement schema with following attributes: id, name, displayName and description. I have faced same use-case once. Although there was no simple way to achieve it but I had a workaround . I have created an afterOperation rule and on that rule I have hardcoded those entitlement values.
I also don’t suggest this approach but if there is no otherway and you need to achieve it , this could be a workaround
