Hello Community, I am new to Sailpoint and trying to learn about the product.
How can I create a custom report in SailPoint IdentityIQ to generate a list of all identities and specific identity attribute values for each identity? Alternatively, is there a predefined report that accomplishes this under ‘Intelligence’ → ‘Reports’ ?

You’ll probably be interested in my Developer Days talk about writing custom reports using plain SQL.
Since you are new to SailPoint, I would say first utilize out of the box reports
OOTB Report: User Details Report might help you, but it may not have all the columns you are looking for
Alternatively you can use Intelligence → Advanced Analytics : use filters and select columns in right side, download the report
For custom report, you should learn development
