Create workItem on account disablement for flat file type sources

Hello Everyone

Want to know if its possible to create a workItem when we disable account on Flat File type source. I have explored below options but both are failing to disable the account in first place. We don’t want to use Identity Profile option where we can configure the source in disable accounts list which will create the workItem. We want to achieve it using workflows

1. Using Disable Account API
2. Using Manage Account action step in workflow which is set to Disable Account

Also, I tried changing the status of Account from Enabled to Disabled using IIQDisabled attribute, but this isn’t creating workItem

Yes, it seems to be possible for me. This is what i did

1. create a csv source.

2. ensure it has feature ENABLE in it.

3. clicked on disable account button which internally used the below API

v3/accounts/{account_id}/disable

And i do get an work item available in my task manager because i am the source owner.

Ok, I did little bit more checks out of curiosity and see that after i completed the work-item, the status of the account did not change. So may be after creating the account, you may need to send one api to update the account with IIQDisabled attribute value as true. For simplicity, i just added this attribute as a column in flat file header along with in account schame and set the value as true which results in account status being shown as disabled.

Now when i click on enable account button, i again got another work-item in the task manager.

Thank you @vguleria. Its working now after adding ENABLE feature
