How to create break glass account that should bypass okta and should be seprate from user accounts ?

You can create a new source same as IDN Admins or reuse same source to add a breakglass account and store credentials in any password vault.

We created a Delimited File source (CSV) and create breakglass and IDN service accounts in that source. (create separate Identity Profile for this source)

Then as Nithesh wrote, you bypass Okta SSO by going to the URL with prompt=true
