I see that the Okta connector (SaaS and direct) supports account unlocks. So I expected, that if the user went to the self-service password reset/account unlock page and completed the process, that it would unlock both the AD and Okta accounts, but it appears to only unlock AD. Can it unlock both and what configuration change(s) do I need to make?
I think I may not have explained myself well enough. If a user fails to authenticate to Okta, Okta will lock their Okta account.
When a user accesses the self-service password reset/account unlock screen at https://{tenant}.identitynow.com/passwordreset/default and attempts a self-service unlock, it appears to only unlock the AD account. How can I configure things so that it will also unlock the Okta account?
