Create and update Identity through forms using API in ISC

Hi

I have a requirement to Create/modify a user in ISC, have checked API’s but don’t see any feasibility to create or modify Identities using API.

Any other suggested approaches apart from Source config using Identity profile, appreciate.

is your identity profile is delimited file ?

Please refer to the post as @lampard08 mentioned. I’ve implemented it as well, and it works fine for me.
