Create an account in database using custom form and Workflow

Hello,

I wanted to create an account in database and for that we will fill the data using the custom form in ISC and then it will provision it to database.
So is this possible in ISC?

On which source you want to create an account ? And why is this account creation happening ?

I wanted to try similar like NELM but some of our requirement is not possible , So we drop the idea to use NELM.
So we are trying to fill the custom form and we have a validation whether user exist are not already in the ISC . If not it will provision request to create an account.

Provision request to provide an access(entitlement) , which will create account ?

Yes we can do it in that way but I have another requirement which I haven’t mentioned in my question. After filling the form , Can we send the Approval request to requesting manager or may be some admin , To Approve the account creation request.
