Create account in AD

Hello everyone

Can anyone explain this issue?

I processed my authorized source and then the account was supposed to be created in AD due to RBAC, but it wasn’t created.

It shows this error

Troubleshooting steps ,based on stack trace error:

  • Source: AD - GDS - Guilherme Gomes is not reachable: - so please check status of your Active Directory connector : AD - GDS - Guilherme Gomes

  • statusChanged":1749818562816(Friday, June 13, 2025): indicating when the status changed to unhealthy.

It seems since last 4 days, there is a connectivity issue with the Active Directory connector : AD - GDS - Guilherme Gomes

Hi @guilherme_sec,

Can you please do a test connection on the AD source and post the result here? It seems that the source is not reachable from the IdentityNow.
