Connectors used for various Health Care Applications

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate the Health Care Applications of a customer into SailPoint IdentityNow. However, we observe that most of the applications that we are trying to integrate do not have the OOTB connectors. Can anybody help us to know the type of custom connector/s used for the below applications during your travel:

1.Vocera
2.Tigerconnect
3.BreezeSuite
4.CBORD
5.Infor
6.Nuance Dragon Medical One
7.Voice Mail
8.QlikView
9.Obix
10.Sigmacare
11.Chartmaxx
12.My Vision Express

Hi @kartheek_gopu .
You can use generic webservice connector,jdbc connector for these applications.
Go for webservice if the rest api is available
Go for jdbc if you have acces to the database

HI @kartheek_gopu ,

Connector type to be used highly is based on the requirement gathering and connectivity supported by the application. you need to connect with application teams respectively and understand if the application supports any of the OOTB connectors connectivity i.e; JDBC/Active Directory -Direct/…, if no OOTB connectivity is available then check if application supports SCIM or API so that you can think of Webservice integration. if nothing is available you for disconnected/delimited connector.
