Configuring JML process in sailpoint identitynow

Has anyone integrated JML process in IdentityNow, if yes can anyone guide how we can start with the configuration in IDN, i have workday as my auth source.

These high level steps can be followed

  1. Verify your account schema from workday source.
  2. Go to Identity Management -->Identity Profile and create identity profile (to make workday as auth source)Creating Identity Profiles - SailPoint Identity Services
  3. Based on the attributes create transforms for lifecycle state calculation(Lifecycle State Transform | SailPoint Developer Community) and other data modifications Transforms | SailPoint Developer Community
  4. Now in identity profile config go to provisioning tab and create lifecycle state as needed.
  5. In same tab you can add access profiles(Managing Access Profiles - SailPoint Identity Services) which will be granted or revoked for different lifecycle states.[Hoping target systems are onboarded and access profiles are created]
  6. In Case of birthright ISC Roles can be used based on criteria.

can we use triggers and workflow at any point of time in our lifecycle management process, if yes how we can implement that.

We can use triggers and ISC workflows as well but it totally depends on the use cases.

Event Triggers are available with subscription, need to develop a workflow to map with Subscription to handle the event. Almost same as IIQ :wink:
