Hello everyone, I’m setting up VAs to let them to communicate with Sailpoint ISC, the point is that in my environment I’ ve a proxy to let all the communications work. The point is that I want to configure a tunnel to let VA and Sailpoint communicate, but I have the proxy in the middle. My idea is to configure the proxy in a trasparent way, in the sense that it is just a middleware in which the tunnel goes trough. I tried to configure only the tunnel on the VA but it doesn’t work. Anyone that is experienced with this kind of configuration can give my some advices or show me a solution?

For tunnel to work you need to follow the below steps
1- Work with you network team to whitelist the ip ranges for the region which you have opted
2-Copy the key file in /home/sailpoint folder
3-enable the tunnel service
Also you can use sailpoint stunt.sh script to verify if all network setting are ok this script will help you.

I followed this guide but it doesn’t work. It seems like that the problem is related to the proxy that we have in our environment. So i asked if someone else had this problem and how resolved it.
