Configure Password Policy / validation

Hello team!

I am trying to configure a password policy for an application with two fundamental points and I do not know how to because “password policy” only let me put some changes like:
Minimum number of characters
Maximum number of characters
…
What I want:
1. The three first letters can not be the same. (aaa, bbb …)
2. The first character can not be “!” or “?”

I read 8.2_IdentityIQ_Password_Management.pdf but it does not say anything about custom changes or passwords validation.

Could anyone give me a tip on how to configure it?

Looking to see if anyone can respond to this thread: We too have a need to validate that at least 4 characters have changed from the previous password.

There does not seem to be a way to do that via the OOTB configs.
