Cloud Gateway - IQService Failing Aggregation

We are running IIQ 8.3

I just setup a new CloudGateway and IQService. I’m able to get a successful Test connection on the Cloud Gateway Application.
I ran the Cloud Gateway Object Sync and included a test AD Application - the AD Application file successfully ends up in the classes folder for the Cloud Gateway.
I added the Cloud Gateway as Proxy for this AD Application and added the new IQService details. Test connection for the AD Application works successfully.
When attempting to aggregate, I get this error on the task result -

Exception during aggregation. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.Exception: Internal Server error. Please contact your system administrator

Also this is in the Syslog -

If I add Domain Controller IPs to the AD Application config, I get this error in IQTrace.log, but no error when I remove the IPs -

Util [ Thread-36 ] ERROR : "Failed to get FQDN for x.x.x.x. No such host is known"

I was hoping someone might be familiar with what could be happening or help point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Hi @chrisk,

Please check the ports are opened or not. By using the toolbox cmd.
Thank you!

Hello,

I’ve done a tnc x.x.x.x -port 389 from the IQService box to the Domain Controller and it is successful. I’m not sure what the toolbox cmd is?

Thanks!

Hello, thanks for the reply. I have tested port connectivity. This is on IIQ, not ISC, but I did check with TestNetConnection.

Thanks.
