We have configured our Multi-Connector Adapter applications to use Cloud Gateway as a Proxy Application. When we execute the ‘Multi-Connector Test Connection’ task, we see the following error:

An unexpected error occurred: java.lang.ClassCastException: class sailpoint.connector.cib.CIBConnector cannot be cast to class sailpoint.pse.connector.MultiConnectorAdapter (sailpoint.connector.cib.CIBConnector is in unnamed module of loader sailpoint.connector.ConnectorClassLoader @4d7bea1d; sailpoint.pse.connector.MultiConnectorAdapter is in unnamed module of loader org.apache.catalina.loader.ParallelWebappClassLoader @6ff8e744)

Any pointers?

As per error listed I believe there is issue with jars mismatch. Compare both WEB-INF/lib and the connector deployment directory for multiple connector jars. Try to reinstall MCA Plugin
