In our environment, SailPoint IdentityIQ is integrated with ServiceNow using the Service Desk Integration Module (SDIM).
For certification revocations, the ServiceNow ticket closes successfully, but in SailPoint, the certification item remains open and does not move to Remediated status. (Mapping has been done correctly)
We suspect the issue is related to Closed Loop Remediation, as certification revocation status is not updating even after ticket closure in ServiceNow.
based on my understanding/knowledge only :), so I’ just thinking loudly with you… the ticket closure in ServiceNow doesn’t equal Remediated/revoked in IIQ automatically…
for any certification revocation IIQ checks the actual access state in IIQ (what accounts/entitlements the identity has “now”), and here I’m assuming your are with a disconnected apps (like csv file) not a connected app with removed PROVISIOING from the featurestring so IIQ will not be able to this check without the freshly modified csv file with the correct access removal, so could you please try to aggregate and run the preform maintenance task again then lemme know…
