Is it possible to change the NERM time zone to match the time zone of my country (Mexico)?

@sunnyajmera i believe, the ask is about updating the timezone of the NERM tenant like how we can do it on SailPoint. And this could probably relate to kickin off the automated workflows.

I’ve seen in my NERM instance that once I configure automated terminations on NERM upon reaching the contractor’s end date, it only kicks off around 12AM CST. Probably he’s looking to customize this timezone as per his location.

I am not sure if that’s something can be changed since it’s based on the tenant location.

Sunny is correct, this is not something that NERM currently supports. Localized time zones are something that has been discussed a bit, but I noticed that we did not have an Idea opened for it. So, I opened one here: User Preferred Time zones | SailPoint Ideas Portal . This will give the Product team a bit more visibility into a feature that users want.

Agree - My understanding from what I’ve heard is that NERM automated workflows ONLY trigger 1x day and always at 12 am (or thereafter based on system backlog).

Ideally a customized schedule like ISC aggregations would be a much better solution than just being able to adjust the timezone. In many cases, the automation should either occur at a different time or multiple times during the day.

Basically the use case I want to “control” is the registration of a profile when the start date is in the future. For example, in my country it is still April 11, 2024, but it could be that if the profile is created at night, where my tenant is, it is already April 12 and my validations “do not work” with this time lag.
It is not so serious but we wanted to validate if it was possible to adjust it.
