Hi All,

Can we delete the selected application from the Certification definition once the certification is in active state?

Ex: I have selected three applications, 1, 2, and 3. Certification is activated, but I want to remove application 3 from the certification.

dont exist on UI a way to delete an application from an active cert.

You need to use a rule (or via debug) to delete every single certification object relative to the application that you want delete. But, if you dont do it well you can crash the certification.

Like best practice and to following the certification philosophy, better if interrupt the currently certification and create a newer.

  • It is not possible to directly remove applications from an active certification.
  • You can suspend the certification, modify the definition to remove the application, and then reactivate the certification.
  • If suspending the certification is not feasible, consider creating a new certification for the remaining applications.
  • Alternatively, you can use certification rules to dynamically exclude certain entitlements from an application during the review process.

These options enable you to either pause the certification to make changes or initiate a new certification with the desired applications.
