Hi team,

Can you please suggest is there any way to fetch this report

We have a ServiceNow integration configured with SailPoint IdentityIQ for the Service Desk. It creates tickets in ServiceNow for delimited application access requests submitted in SailPoint, as well as for certification revocations. We need a report to fetch the list of identities whose access was revoked during certification but for whom the ServiceNow ticket creation failed, along with the certification name

When the revocation happens via access review are you noticing any details in audit ?

If yes then you can query audit table by checking what’s the source if it’s LCM or certification that way you can differentiate and generate a report out of it using a rule or a database query
