Certification Escalation Email not triggered

Hello,

In Certification Campaign, we have scheduled a certification and escalating it. Our goal is to set the “toAddress” as Manager and “ccAddress” as certification Owner and and no need to reassign the certification work item to certifier Manager.

We have created a rule of type Escalation and using it during certification schedule. Rule is executed successfully and to and cc are set in Work Item. But it is not triggering the Email.

we are using escalation config just to set the to and cc address dynamically and not to reassign the work item to new owner

Please check if your system tasks are running successfully .

There are five standard tasks; for example, ‘Perform Maintenance’ is the most important. Each system task is responsible for a separate function. Some tasks are scheduled daily.

Check Expired Mitigations – Send notifications when mitigations expire.
scans all users for temporary exceptions allowed in a certification that have now expired. The original certifier can optionally be notified when allowed exceptions expired.

Hi Pattabhi,
Executed “Check Expired Mitigations” and task executed successfully.
However Identities Examined and Mitigations Expired are 0.

Also, all other system tasks are executing successfully

Have you tried with Additional Email Recipients Options ?

We are also trying the same way. Created a Escalation Rule and using it under escalation config. At the end, if we’re returning the same certifier, Email is not getting triggered.
And we don’t want to reassign the certification to new owner.

@pavanpavan2 if possible then pls send the rule. i am hoping you are using Additional email Recipients enabled and then added Recipient Rule. this rule return identity name or names. also pls make sure user have email.
