Greetings
We have a requirement to send an email to the approver after they have completed an approval. This way they won’t be able to forget what they have just completed.
Is this something that can be configured?
You could try using the sign off rule to send this notification.

Are you referring to approval completion of a access request or certification completion?
This is for a certification, not an access request
