You can review various reports about a certification campaign to learn more about it. All reports are available for active or completed campaigns. When you delete a campaign, its reports are deleted as well.
Are there any comprehensive certification reporting options in the UI? Downloading a report for each individual campaign is time consuming, especially to provide regular metrics and status updates to leadership. If we could have a version of all/some of the campaign reports (composition, status, remediation, sign off) that includes data from all active campaigns at once, that would be incredibly helpful.
Overall, reporting through for certifications seems to be quite minimal. More in-depth reporting options exist, but the technical skill level required is much more extensive than any other part of the certification process. This causes our certification facilitator to rely on others for these reports, which aren’t entirely helpful.
