API for listing the Certifications of a Role Composition campaign?

I see we have APIs for getting certifications of Identity certification campaigns…but I’m not seeing where / how I can get a list of Certifications of a Role Composition campaign. Can anyone provide any pointers?

Hi Terry,

You can use the beta/campaigns endpoint to grab ‘Role Composition’ campaigns. It is listed as a deprecated endpoint in the documentation but it appears is still in use within ISC tenants on the Certification Campaigns tab in the Admin console.

I imagine they will need to add this functionality to the corresponding v3 endpoint before deprecating this beta endpoint completely.

That only gets the campaigns…not the certifications generated in the campaign.

As far as I know there is no way to grab the actual certifications for a Role Composition Campaign through the API. Looks like SailPoint uses an internal API to grab these and display them in the UI. Would be good to raise an Idea with SailPoint to include this in a future release.

That’s rather unfortunate.

Implementing IDN has been a constant gap-finding exercise. Idea this, Idea that:
Can it be configured in the GUI?
Can it be implemented as workflow triggers and HTTP Request / API acrobat?
Can it be called externally?
Is there an idea for it?
Has the idea been voted by many others?
Is the idea moving forward in the IDN roadmap?
…etc.
