Certification Campaign - Add a Source Attribute to certifications-review page

Hi,

We have added a new source attribute to entitlements (AD), Now we want to see that attribute on certification campaign review page. We are able to see that attribute when we click open the entitlement in campaigns, but we want to bring that attribute to show in main review page. ( Column Chooser)

Where a reviewer opens a campaigns there we can see the entitlement name Description, source… etc. See attachment

This is the page when a reviewer open a certification campaign. Which shows a list of identities and entitlement details (Name, Description) here we want to bring a new source attribute (Example: CN or GROUPTYPE from AD)

Like if you see below image there we can select or unselect column attribute to show when we open certification. here in this column I want to bring Entitlement/Source attribute.

@vkarumudi07 This is the default column available for the reviewer you can’t modify or add this i think.

That is not possibly in ISC, as those grids are not configured for modifiable columns selection.

@gmilunich Thanks for replay,

I can see four attribute are coming from Source/Entitlement attributes (Name, Description, Attribute, Source), Can we add or replace with other attribute here. Or can I bring the value I want under Description or Attribute.

You can not Add new columns to this. Unlike IIQ, ISC does not offer the ability to add custom columns to the data table view.

A work around would be to add the information that you want to the Description of the entitlement during the entitlement aggregation. This may not work for you if other parts. of your organization use that field.

@gmilunich Thanks for reply,

How do I add other attribute value to Description value in (Entitlement) ? Can we try transforms or any connector rule will support ? This is for Active Directory source.

It looks I need Entitlement Description like * Other attribute value + “description” value * from AD

I don’t have the answer for that, it was just a suggestion for a work around for your situation.

You will likely had to either edit the descriptions on the Source System, determine if the source system supports a Before Operation/Customization rule, or have a flat file to update the descriptions manually with the data in ISC. All of those options have negatives to them, so make sure you understand those before choosing one.

I would also suggest that you check if there is an Idea for this already on Ideas.sailpoint.com and if not, consider creating one.

I believe this is similar to what you are requesting:
