CCG in new VA not present

@tyler_mairose : We are seeing the same issue in our Production environment. We just onboarded new VA’s and see this. Do we have any update on the above issue ?

I do not have an update on a fix yet. Please create a support ticket with your tenant details so that we can track how wide-spread the issue is.

Okay, I was able to find the right person to help me here!

I just received confirmation that the va_latest.zip image for demo-hub tenants or any internal tenants like demo hub was updated. Downloading the package from the UI when creating a new VA should now work as normal during the setup process.

The same image can be downloaded from here, under the section: Local VA Deployment with vSphere

I just tested this on a demo-hub tenant and the VA was able to pair, and successfully download and run the ccg service.

Please test this out and let me know if you are still having issues!

I also download VA image from Local VA Deployment with vSphere before a week.But I didn’t find ccg.service.How do I download ccg.service?
