Can we add three in the segments to restrict particular access profile from users to raise access request

Hi Team,
There one accessprofile where we need to restrict from users based on the below conditions to raise access request
1.the access profile should be visible to all privileged user and
2)the access profile must be visible to all IAM team memebrs
3)the access profile must be visible to all the users in particular department

I am trying to add the conditions in the segments by applying AND condition but i am able to see only some users not all users in the segments when i am adding conditions

Condition is AND , so many be only few users are able to fulfill all the 3 conditions . if you need to validated any of the 3 condition then you need to create 3 segment .

Though i didn’t like this one , system should be capable of doing the OR condition . Lets hope in future this is enhanced .
