Filter out Access Profile Request to Certain Users

Hi All,

Is there a way to filter out Access Profiles wherein only users from a specific department can request them? For example, I have an Access Profile for Finance Department and only users from that department should be able to see that access profile as requestable. Those who are not from Finance department should not be able to see that access profile in the request center.
