Is there any supported way to add a custom column in ISC certification campaign reports?
No. ISC certification campaign reports don’t support adding or configuring custom columns. SailPoint documents a fixed set of columns for each campaign report type, and there’s no supported “column chooser” or configuration option for campaign report downloads.

If you need extra fields, the supported approach is to export what you can from Search and then join outside ISC (Excel) using a shared key (identity name, account name, etc.).

I don’t believe we can customize the out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports in ISC. However, you can generate a custom report outside of ISC using PowerShell scripts based on your requirements.
