Is there possibility to develop a plugin for Bulk Role Upload in Sailpoint IdentityIQ - To upload all roles at a time ?

You can try Role Importer standalone rule to import role from csv.

I need only plugin to be created and developed for bulk role upload and not a rule as per the requirement

It is , but like you said , you need to develope it;

I don’t believe theres is anything ready as the interface from IIQ is pretty intuitive.

This surely is possible.We created our own to be used at clients.
Since it is our firms IP I am not able to share the plugin :frowning:
