Is this statement still true “you cannot use Before or After Operation Rules with the SaaS based Web Services Connector, only with the VA based one!” ?

Yes we cannot use before and after rules for webservices SaaS connector.

We have Customizers: Connectivity Customizers | SailPoint Developer Community
There are customizers indeed (before and after rules are not supported on SaaS connectors), however I’m not sure if they can fully support all scenarioss completely.
I do see that SailPoint has updated them and added quite a lot of commands recently, so now it might be possible to fully replicate the behavior needed that you would put in a rule into a customizer.
