I would like to create a batch request to make entitlement changes to the “requestable” and “owner” attributes within an entitlement. I have about 30 I need to try and do at once with an import. Is there an example of a csv or any batch file I can use that will show the columns and what operation type in the batch file I need to begin with for this? Screenshot is included.

Please help and assist.

you can export the data , modify it and then similar way you can import it back.

@derrickthomasvdot You have to use export and import features for those groups. You will see in Application → Entitlement Catelog → right side you will see export and import.

that’s easy way i can think of.

I’m not trying to make a new entitlement, just edit the attributes for them. Will doing this make a new entitlement or just override what is already there and needs to be changed?

it will override the existing entitlement with updated values.
