Hi all,

Recently we upgraded to 8.4p3 and noticed for the CreateAccount batch request type, it is not working as before.

I have an application which requires provisioning form to be filled up, thus I have setup the batch request to create provisioning forms. For nativeIdentity column I filled up the identity’s email. This used to work in 8.4. Can I check did the format for CreateAccount batch request change?

Any help is appreciated.

what is the error you see in the log?? Can you please share the log just to debug what could be the issue,?? can you double check also all the input parameters in the file are correct??

Please share the error that you are getting in the logs or in the UI when you check the transaction in the Batch Request page. This would help us to find the exact error of this issue.

Hi Naveen, am getting “Target identity not found“ error. Yes, the file previously was used in 8.4 and working. However, in 8.4P3 we are getting an error. So input params in the file is correct

Target identity not found means the identity for which you are trying to create is not found. Can you check if the user exists or not or check the file if some extra character has been added in identity column.

If it was working in 8.4p2 and there is no typo in the file. Can you please share me the logs ?? I just want to see, what exactly is throwing error.

Can you share the Link data for the application and confirm if the native identity matches with the email that you are using.
