Hello All,

We are trying to create guest account in azure from sailpoint, we were able to create account , its visible in Azure, but we are getting this error in sailpoint and provisioning getting failed. Please someone help on this.

Share all details about your problem, including any error messages you may have received.

sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Exception occurred. Error message - account created successfully, Unable to fetch using defined scope

what kind of oauth type you are using? are you using the OOTB entra connector or have created connector using WSConnector?

We are using Azure AD connector with client credentials

I am also facing the similar issue with the AD Azure. Actually, I have migrated lists and libraries to another SharePoint account using the SharePoint Migration Software. Also, the same issue occurred while I was trying to export Office 365 mailbox to PST.

No, I didn’t resolve this

Hi All,
The reason for this error is, we have userfilter to aggregate single user in application xml. after removing that filter , its working as expected.
