Hi Team,

We are trying to establish the connection and aggregate the Distribution list but we are getting below error. Can you provide a suggestion on this

This error seems to be related to IQService. Please check your IQService if it is running and user is properly registered that you are using.

Iqservice is up and running and registered with same user

Can you please post logs from IQService?

Login to IQService Machine and check the logs for more information.

Hi, I´m also working with reading the Distribution lists from Azure to our IIQ. I have set up the prerequisites to use certificate based authentication from my IQService machine and I´ve been able to create a distribution list through IGA but I´m unable to aggregate them.

What attributes do I have to add to the schema, is it both for accounts and groups that I should add those attributes and where do I add the flag to “Aggregate All groups” as specified by the connector guide?

Thank you for your help.

@falin I believe it refers to “Filter object types to scan” , if not selected, it aggregates all group objects which are configured in the application.

Thanks Neelmadhav, that makes a lot of sense. Have you tried to aggregate the online distribution lists from Azure?

EDIT: Added on the application xml to aggregate the distribution lists.

Looks like you aren’t using TLS with the IQ Service, That’s required on 8.5 now it’s not clear what version you are running from the post.
