Azure Account Aggregation Failing with Partitioning After Upgrade to SailPoint IIQ 8.5p1

We recently upgraded SailPoint IdentityIQ from 8.4p2 to 8.5p1 and are experiencing an issue with Azure Account Aggregation.

The aggregation completes successfully when partitioning is disabled. However, when partitioning is enabled, the task fails with the following error:

“An error occurred while attempting to create task partitions for Application. Ensure that you have defined valid partitions in order to leverage Partitioned Aggregation.”

Has anyone encountered this issue after upgrading to 8.5p1?

Any insights, recommendations, or known fixes would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

@bhoyars_1 Could you please check your app xml and see if you have search filters defined in “userPartitions” key?

Hello @neel193 ,
Thanks for the quick response. We havent define any search filter in application xml.
Thanks

@bhoyars_1 Based on the documentation, you need to define it: Aggregation Partitioning
