Hi Everyone,
We are tried to create user in Atlassian Suite Connector but getting below error.
1.Unauthorization Error
2.Command timed out

1. Unauthorized Error

We received an unauthorized error during the provisioning process.

Could you please confirm which scopes need to be selected when generating the following API tokens:

**Site Admin API Token
**Org Admin API Token

2. Command time out
When attempting to provision the same user again, we encountered a “command timed out” error.

Can you please help us how to resolve?

You need to create Site admin and org token, follow the steps in this doc

Hi Krishna,

Which scope we need to select when we are creating API token with Scope?

Jira scopes for OAuth 2.0 (3LO) and Forge apps

Confluence scopes for OAuth 2.0 (3LO) and Forge apps

Atlassian is the eco system of apps including Jira, Confluence ..etc

We can manage user LCM for all these apps, Since there is no much information about scopes from SailPoint perspective, I wouldn’t mind giving all scopes and it is not for any human admin usage, it is for SailPoint purpose, so no problem.

Hi Krishna,
We are still facing issue when provisioning user into Atlassian, after creating new Site API token and ORG API token without scope.

Please help us in resolving this.
