Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

When i call the below URL it is throwing me 404 not found

https://XXXXX/rest/api/latest/user/search?username=@&maxResults=1

It could means the url isnt correct or doesnt exist.
Also, that url contais a filter, I think the atlassian connector want the base url like http://host:port/context/rest/api

Did you have read the documentation?

@enistri_devo i did go through the documentation, SailPoint IIQ is sending that URL to fetch the test connection results. It is an out of the box connector and i just gave base URL in the UI configuration [https://XXXXX]
